When talking about the WindFloat, I am seeing in people a real change in attitude towards renewables, a concrete realization that everyone needs to do his/her part, in their skill set areas. It's a grass root movement and we need not only to encourage it but to feed it as well. As a great public speaker once say, do not ask what your government can do for you in these times of recession, but rather what you can do for your planet!. I am glad to see that people are starting to understand what a carbon footprint is.
It's also good to see Christian's face on the web news.

ABS runs the HAZID on the WindFloat
The HAZID workshop was run very professionally, and no showstoppers were identified (no X in the red zone of the matrix), for those of you familiar with the process.
This exercise was the first step in our collaboration with ABS on this project. The WindFloat hull is a semi-submersible and ABS has the experience and the knowledge base to make sure we cross all our T's and dot all our I's. Their help on this project is extremely valuable.
